• Greet visitors, handle reception duties, direct visitors, and communicate professionally.
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks as directed by Nurse Manager or Campus Director.
• Schedule appointments and maintain activity calendars.
• Transport residents as needed and manage files.
• Monitor clerical supplies and distribute mail.
• Maintain a positive department atmosphere and adapt to changes.
• Attend training and adhere to Cantata policies.
