You will answer phones, greet visitors, manage records, assist with scheduling, prepare correspondence, maintain a tidy reception area, and collaborate with other departments to keep communications and operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors, answering phones, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Greet and receive visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a courteous and empathetic manner
• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, including but not limited to resident information, census, and administrative data
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events
• Perform various administrative tasks, such as preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including answering machines, phones, and other equipment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
