Total Primary Care in Texas is seeking a friendly Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our Primary Care practice. You’ll greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and keep the front office running smoothly so that every patient has a great start to their visit.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a patient coordinator or equivalent training.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, procedures and protocols.
• Positive attitude with high attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk communications (phone and in person).
• Schedule appointments, prior authorizations, insurance verifications and co-pays.
• Assist with referrals, insurance verification, and patient follow-up.
• Keep front office operations running smoothly while ensuring patient satisfaction.
