• Drive customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and efficiently addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Multi-task effectively, problem-solve, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team members and work independently to ensure timely and accurate handling of FNOL claims
