Job summary

Fortegra is seeking an FNOL Specialist to deliver excellent customer support with fast, accurate communication. You will manage inbound calls, perform claims administration, and coordinate with teams to resolve inquiries for policyholders and agents.

The role covers FNOL reporting and related administrative tasks, requiring strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Full benefits included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of customer service experience; call center preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a claim’s environment.
• Experience using 3-4 systems concurrently.
• Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle 40-60 inbound calls per day and perform claims administration tasks with clear, empathetic communication.
• Input claim data into systems and route documents and mail.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers, agents, and third-party administrators.
• Collaborate with adjusters and other departments to provide necessary information during claims.
• Be flexible to work various shifts and assist other departments as needed.
• Learn all lines of business including Credit Protection, Debt Cancellation, Property, and Specialty claims.
