You will operate multiple dispatch and monitoring systems and work in shifts, including nights and weekends. Ideal candidates will have EMT certification, strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in computer‑aided dispatch systems and tools like VoiceFriend.
• Strong multitasking abilities and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm during stressful situations.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and emergency response protocols.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight.
• Clean criminal background and drug screening.
• Physical fitness and the ability to sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Emergency Call Management: Receive calls and gather essential information; determine nature/severity.
• Dispatch Coordination: Use dispatch systems to assign staff and optimize response times.
• Communication: Relay critical information to EMTs and responders; provide guidance to callers.
• Resource Management: Maintain records and coordinate responses during major incidents.
