Job summary

myPlace Health in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking a dedicated Driver for its PACE program. You will transport participants to appointments, deliver meals, and assist at the center, ensuring safety and a caring, respectful experience.

Requirements include a California Class C license, 1+ year driving seniors, ability to lift 50 pounds, and BLS/CPR/First Aid within 60 days. Benefits include health coverage, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Experience driving frail and elderly participants safely.
• Valid California Class C Driver’s License with driving experience.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• BLS, CPR and First Aid certification to be obtained within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Transport participants safely to/from the center and offsite activities.
• Deliver meals and assist center activities during downtime.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report defects promptly.
• Communicate clearly with participants and team members to ensure a welcoming experience.
