You will document care per state and federal regulations, assist with appointments and transportation, and communicate with families and physicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR, First Aid certification, and computer experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow Eben Ezer’s values and care plans for bathing, grooming, meal service, housekeeping, and more.
• Maintain privacy and document care per state/federal regulations.
• Assist with appointments and transportation, providing emotional and physical support.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and team members about residents’ conditions.
• Perform basic assessments (e.g., glucometer, blood pressure) and keep a clean workspace.
• Ensure HIPAA/privacy compliance.
