Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center in Brush, CO is seeking an experienced RN to supervise nursing care, administer medications, and lead care teams on night shifts or PRN, ensuring compliance with Nurse Practice Act and HIPAA.

The role requires a Colorado RN license, strong leadership, and commitment to Eden Alternative patient-directed care. Full or part-time opportunities with day, evening, and night coverage are available.

Formación

• Graduate of approved Licensed or Registered Nursing School, with a current license to practice in the state of Colorado.
• Understands the Eden Alternative Principles and is able to lead others in implementing person-directed care.

Responsabilidades

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
• Supervises and assists in the care given by auxiliary personnel.
• Maintains confidentiality of all work related information according to HIPAA regulations.
• Demonstrates proficiency in using computers for clinical documentation.
