Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or preferred.
• QMAP certification and computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and daily living assistance per care plan.
• Accurately document neighbors' information per regulations.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, meals, laundry, and toileting.
• Coordinate appointments and transportation for neighbors.
• Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Monitor and report changes in neighbors' condition to staff.
