Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a compassionate caregiver to join Seagrass Village Daphne, AL. You will assist residents with daily living tasks, assist in dining, and support light housekeeping while promoting independence and a dignified living environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Provide dining assistance and help with meals.
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Support residents in leisure activities and encourage independence.
• Communicate any changes in residents' health to supervisors promptly.
• Follow HIPAA regulations and maintain resident confidentiality.
