Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Pearland, TX seeks a caregiver to provide resident services including personal care, meals, and activities. The role supports dignity, privacy, independence, and individual needs, following resident Service Plans.

You will assist with medications as allowed, respond to emergency calls, maintain infection control, and help with housekeeping to keep a safe, comfortable environment. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with experience with seniors encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must complete in-service training requirements.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Experience with care-giving tasks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal services to residents as assigned and per Service Plans.
• Assist with medications and treatments as allowed by regulation.
• Respond to calls from the emergency call system in a timely manner.
• Maintain infection control procedures to ensure safety and hygiene.
• Support social and recreational activities and encourage participation.
• Monitor changes in resident needs and report them per procedures.
• Document changes in resident services and health status as required.
