Paycom seeks a dedicated Caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate support, and maintain a safe, dignified environment in a residential setting.

Responsibilities include meal assistance, health observation, and prompt communication with supervisors. Applicants should meet basic education requirements and be willing to comply with Florida background screening requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform daily living activities.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily living activities including dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Provide empathetic and respectful interaction with residents at all levels of care.
• Observe and report changes in health and emotional wellbeing to supervisor.
• Assist in dining room at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents.
• Follow HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Participate in trainings, in-service, and mandatory meetings.
