Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a Full-Time Caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities, following the care plan and maintaining resident dignity. Shifts are 7am–3pm and 3pm–11pm, seven days a week with every other weekend, in a New Jersey facility.

The role requires a CNA or CHHA certification and experience with the elderly; dementia experience is preferred. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, PTO, and education assistance, among others.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide required.
• Experience with the elderly population; dementia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as per care plan.
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, dressed, safe, and fed during shifts.
• Document services provided during shift.
• Report any change of condition to supervisor.
