Job summary

WELLQUEST MOUNTAIN WEST LLC is seeking a Caregiver at the WellQuest Living community in Draper, UT. The role involves personal care and daily support to residents to enhance independence and quality of life.

You will assist with ADLs, meals, activities, and safety while reporting to the Health Services Director or Journey Care Director. The position offers full-time or part-time hours with an hourly wage of $16.00–$17.50.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older or have a current CNA license.
• One year experience in a health care environment or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; follow oral and written directions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as bathing, grooming, hygiene, and dressing.
• Assist residents with mealtime, serving, and cleanup.
• Support residents in daily activities and encourage participation.
• Maintain safety and dignity, respond to needs promptly, and follow care plans.
