Job summary

WellQuest of Elk Grove in Elk Grove, CA is seeking a Caregiver to provide personal care and daily living assistance to residents in a WellQuest Living community. The role includes helping with ADLs, meals, activities, and ensuring safety and dignity at all times.

The caregiver will work PM shifts, report to Health Services Director or Journey Director, and collaborate with staff to enhance residents’ quality of life while maintaining a respectful, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) tasks.
• Demonstrate good communication and empathy with residents and families.
• Must read, write and speak English; use simple math as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, hygiene, meals and mobility.
• Support residents in daily activities and recreation to maintain independence.
• Report changes to Health Services Director promptly and follow safety protocols.
