Job summary

LCB Senior Living Bala Cynwyd is hiring a Resident Care Associate to provide compassionate daily living support to residents, following care plans, and helping with activities, meals, and mobility in a safe, dignified manner.

You will participate in ongoing training, document care provided, and collaborate with nursing staff to monitor changes in health and well‑being, including dementia care and emergency response, in a community that values independence and respect.

Qualifications

• Must have completed CNA course or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid training required.
• Experience with seniors, especially dementia, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plan.
• Provide personal care and support with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Document services and incidents in the tracking system.
• Support safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Participate in scheduled in-service training.
