Senior Lifestyle is seeking compassionate individuals to assist residents in our Assisted Living Program with daily living activities while preserving their dignity. You will provide medication reminders, help with bathing, grooming and dressing, offer social support, and document care in daily logs, reporting any concerns to your supervisor.

A friendly, team-oriented approach is essential. This on-site role offers stable hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in residents'

Qualifications

• Experience in senior care is required.
• Acceptable proficiency in English to perform duties and emergencies.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compassionate, professional, kind and empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to multitask safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders and escort services as needed.
• Offer emotional and social support and document daily logs.
• Follow supervisor's care schedule and communicate concerns.
• Respect residents' independence and confidentiality.
