Job summary

LCB Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Associate at The Residence at Voorhees, Voorhees, NJ. You will provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, and support residents with dignity and independence under state guidelines.

You will assist with medications, document properly, and engage residents in meaningful activities while monitoring health status and communicating changes to the RN.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the CN A course or equivalent training.
• CPR and First Aid training required by state regulations.
• Experience in direct care for seniors preferred.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with medications per state regulation and document promptly.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and cognitive stimulation.
• Monitor changes in resident needs and report to RN or designee.
• Keep unit neat, clean and orderly; assist with dining and mobility.
• Participate in ongoing in-service training and state-mandated education programs.
