Job summary

LCB Senior Living's Residence at Bala Cynwyd is hiring Memory Care Engagement Assistants to join a caring team that enriches residents' lives. You will help plan and run activities, assist with transportation, and support volunteer programs while building warm relationships with residents and families.

This role requires weekend availability (every other weekend) and offers $18.00-$21.00 per hour, with potential tuition reimbursement and opportunities to grow within a dedicated senior living

Qualifications

• Ability to assist in development and implementation of activities.
• Encourage resident participation daily.
• Strong communication in English, both spoken and written.
• Computer literacy with common Office software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, and implement residence activities.
• Coordinate transportation and escorts for residents.
• Maintain residents store and volunteer programs.
• Create monthly newsletter and weekly calendar.
• Attend training sessions and orientation.
• Drive residents in van as needed.
