Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking care staff to assist residents in the Assisted Living Program with daily living activities, ensuring they maintain dignity and independence.

Responsibilities include reminders for medications, bathing, grooming, dressing, and providing emotional support, while documenting daily logs and communicating concerns to supervisors. A compassionate, team-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in senior care.
• Proficiency in English to communicate with supervisor, staff, and residents.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on the state.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging and empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple tasks safely.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Ability to solve practical problems in high-stress situations.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude toward residents and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living.
• Follow the schedule of resident’s needs set out by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily log of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respect and encourage the independence and dignity of the residents.

Education

CNA or CHHA license (state dependent)
