Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking caregivers to assist residents in the Assisted Living Program with activities of daily living, helping them maintain dignity and independence. You will support medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility, while following a supervisor's schedule and providing emotional and social support.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in senior care and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in senior care is preferred.
• Proficiency in English to perform duties and communicate with team.
• May require CNA or CHHA license depending on state.
• Good computer basic skills and compassionate, professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask safely and efficiently as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living including medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and escort services.
• Follow supervisor-set schedules for residents' needs.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily log of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respect independence, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
