Job summary

Habitat Health in South Los Angeles seeks a dedicated team player to support the daily living needs of elderly participants in our PACE center. The role involves assisting with personal hygiene, activities of daily living, and ensuring participants feel comfortable and engaged.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma, completion of a vocational nursing assistant course, and a minimum of one year’s experience working with the frail or elderly. This position offers a salary range of $22 to $26/hour, with various benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one year experience working with the frail or elderly.
• Requires proof of medical clearance for communicable diseases.
• Bilingual: Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a center experience that participants want to spend time in.
• Assist participants with activities of daily living.
• Observe participants for changes in condition and report accordingly.
