The Bristal in New York seeks compassionate Resident Service Assistants/Home Health Aides to provide hands-on care and support residents in daily activities. You will be a friendly, familiar face helping residents make the most of each day with dignity and respect.

Schedule: Monday, 3-11PM; full-time with one weekend shift per week. Certifications and English proficiency are required; prior geriatric care experience is a plus. Join a team that values safety, empathy, and high-quality care.

Qualifikationen

• High school education or better, with technical or other relevant training preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Escorting residents to meals and recreational activities.
• Supporting residents in achieving their highest level of physical, emotional and psycho-social well-being.
• Assisting in the Wellness area to ensure safety and comfort of residents.
• Following all policies and procedures and the instructions of the Nurse Shift Supervisor and the Director of Wellness.
