Job summary

OneWell Health Care is seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Bridgeville, PA. The DSP delivers hands-on, person-centered support to individuals with IDD in home and community settings, aiding daily living activities, meal prep, mobility, and health monitoring.

You will implement behavior support, ensure safety, and help with transportation and community participation. The role emphasizes structured routines, documentation accuracy, HIPAA compliance, and ongoing trainings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in caregiving, home health, or direct support preferred.
• English proficiency required; bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support to individuals with IDD in home and community settings.
• Assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, mobility, and medication assistance as authorized.
• Implement behavior support strategies and monitor health and safety.
• Maintain routines, document care notes accurately, and participate in trainings.
