OneWell Health Care is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Martinsburg, PA. This field-based role supports individuals with IDD in home and community settings, promoting independence and well-being.

You will work under supervision, following ISP/IPP plans and documentation requirements. The position involves assisting with daily living activities, meal prep, mobility, medication support, transportation to appointments, and participation in trainings.

Qualifications

• English proficiency required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, person-centered support to individuals with IDD in home and community settings.
• Assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, mobility, and medication assistance as authorized.
• Implement behavior support strategies and monitor health, safety, and emotional well-being.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation; participate in trainings and team meetings.
• Support employment or vocational activities and transportation to appointments or community outings.
