Ohana Community in Mount Joy, PA is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate residential support for individuals with IDD. This role involves assisting with daily living, personal care, and documenting care plans in a team-oriented, person-centered environment.

Starting at $18.00 per hour with full-time and part-time positions, sign-on bonuses and PTO, we value reliability and a caring mindset. Driver’s license preferred; high school diploma or GED required; 18+.

• Must be dependable, professional, and caring.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
• Assist with daily living needs, routines, and personal care.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, and respectful home.
• Provide encouragement, companionship, and person-centered support.
• Complete required documentation and follow care plans.
• Work as part of a team committed to high-quality care.
