Job summary

Abound Health seeks Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide care and daily living support for individuals with IDD in Centre County, PA. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.

Starting pay is $20–$25 per hour with a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments when averaging 20+ hours/week. Flexible schedules, weekly pay, paid training, and growth opportunities accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with disabilities is not required; paid training provided.
• Must be able to pass background checks and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
