Job summary

Abound Health in Somerset, PA is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live independently.

This role offers starting pay of $17 per hour, a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments, flexible schedules, paid onboarding and training, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement within a mission‑driven team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships and support individuals in achieving personal goals.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, hygiene and household tasks.
• Support individuals in community participation, employment and social activities.
• Complete documentation and maintain schedules.
• Attend ongoing training and professional development.
