Qualifications

• One year of experience with the frail/elderly population.
• Q-Straint Academy Certification provided.
• Willingness to complete company-paid training.

Responsibilities

• Drive Participants to appointments and the Buckeye PACE Center.
• Provide in-home Personal Care Aide support as needed.
• Complete required documentation.

Skills

Valid State driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to make independent decisions

Excellent verbal communication

Strong organizational skills

Education

High School Diploma or GED

CPR and First Aid Certification
