Job summary

LIFE-NWPA in Warren, OH is seeking a Driver/PCA to transport participants to appointments and assist with daily care at the center or in participants' homes.

This full-time, first-shift position starts at $15.90/hour and increases to $16.90/hour after 90 days, with eligibility for a quarterly incentive plan. Benefits include holidays, PTO, health and life insurance, retirement match, tuition reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Q-Stract Academy certification required or provided during training.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive participants to and from appointments and the center.
• Assist participants on and off the vehicle with care.
• Operate wheelchair lifts and secure mobility devices.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs.
• Complete documentation and participate in trainings.
