Job summary

Buckeye PACE is seeking a Driver/PCA to transport participants safely and assist with daily care either at the center or in homes. The role requires flexibility to adjust schedules while maintaining safety and compassionate service.

Hourly wage begins at $15.90/hr with $16.90/hr after 90 days. A $1,000 sign-on bonus and quarterly incentives are available. Comprehensive benefits and paid time off are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Q-Straint Academy Certification is provided or training available.

Responsibilities

• Drive participants safely to and from scheduled appointments and the center.
• Assist participants on and off the vehicle with care and courtesy.
• Operate wheelchair lifts and secure mobility devices per safety procedures.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Attend required training and team meetings.
