MTM, Inc. in Apache County is seeking Drivers to join our team. You will provide safe, reliable transportation to the communities we serve, with a focus on exceptional customer service and compliance with DOT regulations.

Starting hourly rate is $16.00 with paid training onsite in Phoenix. Training classes start weekly, and successful drivers may take home a company vehicle with working A/C as part of our supportive, growth‑minded team.

Qualificações

• Ability to operate a tablet, GPS, two-way radio or other electronic device.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions.
• Understanding of road signs, signals and schedules.
• Familiarity with local roadways and DOT regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe and reliable transportation to customers.
• Assist with passenger loading and unloading from vehicle.
• Ensure on-time pick-up and drop-off of the customer.
• Complete vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections and required paperwork.
• Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality with internal and external stakeholders.
