Job summary

MTM is hiring drivers in the Phoenix area. Starting hourly rate is $16.00 with paid training conducted onsite in Phoenix.

A company vehicle is provided for take-home use with working air conditioning, and candidates must meet state and federal requirements including a valid Arizona license and clean driving record. The role emphasizes safe, on-time transportation and exceptional customer service for passengers, including older adults and individuals with disabilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and minimum 5 years driving history.
• No felony charges in past 7 years and no DUI/DWI convictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate excellent defensive driving skills.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with passenger loading and unloading from vehicle.
• Assist with mobility devices and safety restraints as required.
• Ensure on-time pickup and drop-off.
• Complete vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections and required paperwork.
• Utilize tablets or electronic devices as required.
