Job summary

The role requires a valid Arizona driver's license, at least 25 years old, and a minimum of five years driving history. Training is provided on site, and a company vehicle with working A/C is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Valid Arizona Driver's license.
• Minimum of 5 years driving history.
• No pending charges or felonies in past 7 years; no DUI/DWI convictions.
• Must pass criminal background check and motor vehicle record.
• Must pass a DOT physical if over age 65 including a pre-employment drug screening.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation.
• Assist with passenger loading/unloading.
• Assist with mobility devices and safety equipment as required.
• Ensure on-time pickups and drop-offs.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections; maintain records.
