Job summary

MTM, Inc. is hiring drivers in Mohave County to provide safe, reliable non-emergency transportation services. You will use tablets and GPS to navigate routes, assist passengers, and ensure on-time pickups and drop-offs while upholding the company’s safety standards.

The position includes paid training onsite in Phoenix, a company vehicle with A/C, and a benefits package with health, dental, vision, and 401(k) options. Previous driving experience and a valid AZ license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Age 25+ required.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license.
• Minimum 5 years driving history.
• No pending charges.
• No felony charges in past 7 years.
• No DUI/DWI convictions.
• Criminal background check & motor vehicle record review required.
• DOT physical if over 65 with pre-employment drug screening.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate defensive driving skills.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist passengers with loading/unloading from vehicle.
• Assist with mobility device and securement for safety.
• Ensure on-time pick-up and drop-off.
• Understand needs of older adults and individuals with disabilities.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and required paperwork.
• Use tablets or electronic devices as required.
