Job summary

MTM invites you to join our Tucson driving team. As a Driver you’ll provide safe, reliable transportation and excellent customer service to riders with mobility needs. Training classes start weekly, with an hourly starting rate of $16.00 and company vehicles equipped with A/C.

Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, 401(k) match, paid holidays, and PTO. Must meet background check and DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Valid Arizona Driver's license.
• Minimum of 5 years driving history.
• No pending charges.
• No felonies in past 7 years.
• No DUI/DWI convictions.
• Must pass background check & MVR.
• DOT pre-employment drug screen if over 65.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate excellent defensive driving skills.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with passenger loading and unloading.
• Assist with mobility device securement as required.
• Ensure on-time pickup and drop-off.
• Understand needs of older adults and individuals with disabilities.
• Complete vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Complete paperwork as required.
• Utilize tablets or electronic devices as required.
