Job summary

MTM, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ invites you to join our team as a Driver supporting non-emergency medical transportation. We offer weekly training classes, a starting hourly rate of $16.00, and a paid onboarding process conducted onsite in Phoenix.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Valid Arizona Driver's license.
• Minimum of 5 years driving history.
• No pending charges or felony in past 7 years.
• No DUI or DWI convictions.
• Must pass background check & motor vehicle record.
• Must pass DOT physical if age >65 including drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate defensive driving skills.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with passenger loading and unloading from vehicle.
• Assist with mobility devices and safety restraints as required.
• Ensure on-time pick-up and drop-off for customers.
• Complete vehicle pre-trip, post-trip, and DVIs as required.
• Complete paperwork and use tablets as required.
