Job summary

MTM, Inc. is seeking a Driver to join our Phoenix-area team serving Apache County. Training classes start weekly; you will work onsite in Phoenix and take home a company vehicle with air conditioning.

The role emphasizes safe, on-time transportation and excellent customer service for riders, including assistance with mobility devices. You will perform vehicle inspections, utilize tablets, and follow DOT/ADA regulations while supporting older adults and individuals with disabilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Valid Arizona Driver's license.
• Minimum of 5 years driving history.
• No pending charges; no felonies in past 7 years; no DUI/DWI convictions.
• Must pass background check & motor vehicle record check.
• DOT physical required if over age 65, plus pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate excellent defensive driving.
• Deliver top-notch customer service to stakeholders.
• Assist with passenger loading/unloading and mobility devices.
• Secure mobility devices per safety protocols.
• Ensure on-time pickup and drop-off.
• Complete vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Document required paperwork; use tablets as needed.
