The position requires comfort in communicating with grieving families, strong phone skills, and meticulous data entry in a protocol-driven environment.

Formación

• Experience handling donor or patient intake preferred.
• Ability to communicate compassionately with families.
• HIPAA experience is a nice to have.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to incoming donor referrals by phone and fax with professionalism.
• Explain the donation process with empathy and clarity to families.
• Coordinate logistics with funeral homes, hospice programs, and hospitals.
• Enter and maintain accurate donor documentation in internal systems.
• Ensure all required forms and compliance steps are completed.
