Job summary

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency required.
- Fluent in English for client communication.
- A valid New York State Driver’s License with at least 2 years of driving experience (required for driving positions).
- Experience supporting adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on care and advocacy for individuals.
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
- Administer medications as directed and support medical appointments.
- Assist with walking, transfers, and use of mobility aids.
- Plan and participate in recreational, educational, and social activities.
- Maintain accurate daily notes, progress reports, and documentation in electronic systems.
