Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
• Fluent English for client communication.
• Valid NYS driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Comfort operating a large vehicle (for driving positions).
• Experience with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct Support Professional will provide hands-on care, encouragement, and advocacy for individuals.
• Assist with daily living activities and community integration.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members; maintain timely records in electronic systems.
