Job summary

WellLife Network is seeking Direct Support Professionals in College Point, NY to provide hands-on care and advocacy for individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.

You will assist with daily living, community engagement, and health support in collaboration with a caring team. A High School diploma and fluent English are required; NY driver’s license with driving experience may be needed for driving positions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent English for client communication.
• Driver’s license (NY) with 2+ years driving experience required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Direct Support Professionals provide hands-on care, encouragement, and advocacy.
• Assist with daily living activities and maintain safe home environments.
• Administer medications as directed and support medical appointments.
