Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health is hiring a Direct Support Professional for its group home in Raleigh, NC. The DSP will help residents with daily living tasks, health‑related activities, and community integration, working Saturday and Sunday 8AM–8PM with on-site support.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience not required; on-the-job training provided.
• Proficiency with EHR systems or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• In-home care and support within the group home setting.
• Assist with daily tasks: housekeeping, meals, dressing, personal care.
• Transport client to appointments and run errands as needed.
• Plan and organize daily schedules and document activities in the health record.
