Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1 year of direct care experience preferred.
• Must complete training including CPR/First Aid, Crisis Intervention Techniques, Medication Administration, OSHA/Bloodborne Pathogen, Seizure Management, core trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in the home and community setting.
• Assist with housekeeping, meal prep, cooking and cleaning; personal care and employment support.
• Transport client to appointments and run errands.
• Help plan and organize schedule; daily documentation in health system.
