Qualifications

• Entry-level position; on-the-job training provided.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of housekeeping, basic nutrition, and safety protocols.
• Interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and dependability essential.
• Proficiency with EHR systems or willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation with current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in the home of the individual and the community they live in.
• Assist with housekeeping, meals, cooking, cleaning; personal care (bathing, dressing, toiletry, diaper changes); employment support.
• Transport client to appointments and run errands.
• Help plan and organize the client's schedule.
• Daily documentation and reporting in the electronic health system.
