Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous caregiving/ DSP experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Support clients in community integration and social activities.
• Administer medication if certified.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment.
