Alay Home Care is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in New Jersey. You will provide hands-on assistance, emotional support, and community engagement to help clients achieve independence and improved quality of life.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, supporting social engagement, documenting progress, and following individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in caregiving, healthcare, or DSP role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support clients in community integration and social activities.
• Administer medication (if certified).
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment.
