Job summary

DDM is a Christian Ministry seeking staff to support residents in daily living and health-related tasks in Rome, GA. The role is part-time with a $14 per hour pay rate and PRN shift structure.

You will help with meals, safety, documentation, and transportation as needed, all while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality and resident dignity. Responsibilities include medication supervision, community integration, and attendance at trainings.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or related care setting is preferred.
• Willing and available to work nights and weekends as required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in daily living skills according to ISP and skill levels.
• Observe and follow all agency and state policies and procedures.
• Attend staff meetings, webinars and trainings.
• Demonstrate person-centered service with residents using person-centered language.
• Maintain resident records and use electronic health records and incident reports.
• Assist with medication self-administration under supervision and follow policy.
• Schedule, transport and accompany residents to medical appointments as needed.
