Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a DHS background check and MVR.
• 2+ years in group home, DSP, or client-care role.
• 2+ years in de-escalation or redirection.
• 1+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Physical ability to perform duties including lifting and transfers.
• Effective communication in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with adults living with mental illnesses to support their health and safety.
• Assist with daily living tasks, active treatment services, and medication administration.
• Follow care plans and maintain respectful, patient-centered interactions.
